Return Policy

*We only offer ONLINE SHOP CREDIT for returns. We DO NOT issue refunds back to your method of payment.

*We DO NOT send return labels, unless the item is damaged/defected upon arrival. You can send the item back however you prefer. You are responsible for shipping cost on returns. (I would suggest getting tracking on package to make sure it is properly returned)

*Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. (We can see this date on our end so no exceptions will be made)

*Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached!

*Original invoice must be included in your return package.

*Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.

*Closet Clean-Out, Flash Sale and ALL Sale Items are FINAL SALE!

*All accessories are FINAL SALE!

*Bodysuits, bathing suits and Intimates are FINAL SALE!

*We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.

*Please allow 3 business days for return processing.

*Once your return is processed, we will contact you and issue you with your shop credit that you can use on the website.

*Preorders of backordered items may ship separately.

*Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

We must stand firm with our policy due to the fact our inventory changes WEEKLY due to sell outs.
